Billing, Delivery & Licensing

Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are in USD.

We do not store your payment card details — Stripe handles this securely on our behalf.

Template delivery

After completing your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with:

A link to copy the template to your Google account
A PDF setup guide
Your order reference

Delivery is immediate — the email typically arrives within 1–2 minutes of payment.

I did not receive my email

Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes land there
Make sure you entered your email address correctly at checkout
If it has been more than 10 minutes, contact us with your name and the email address you used at checkout. We will re-send the template link

Re-sending your template

If you lose access to your template link, contact us with your order reference or the email address used at purchase. We will re-send the delivery email within one business day.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind — templates can be instantly duplicated upon purchase.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the template, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will resolve it. If we cannot fix it, we will issue a refund.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions.

Lifetime updates

All templates come with lifetime updates. When we improve a template, we update the original. You can re-copy the template at any time to get the latest version. Your existing copy remains unchanged until you choose to update.

Licensing

Your purchase grants a personal and commercial use license that lets you:

Use the template for unlimited personal and client projects
Customise colours, fonts, layout, and branding
Create reports for clients using the template
Share access with team members at your company

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the template file itself
Share the template with people outside your company who have not purchased it
Claim authorship of the original template design

Can I use the template for client work?

Yes. Your license covers unlimited client projects. You may customise the template for each client and share the finished report with them in view-only mode. You may not give clients a copy of the underlying template to use themselves without purchasing a separate license.

Do I need a separate license per client?

No. One purchase covers unlimited client projects for you personally. If a client wants to own and distribute the template independently, they need their own purchase.
